R. Taylor McLean
Taylor McLean has been connected with Listening Hearts Ministries from its inception as a result of being asked by Suzanne Farnham to assist in the research project that led to the writing of Listening Hearts. He has been the President of the organization's Board of Trustees since it began and also serves on the Board's Executive Committee.
Taylor is co-author of Listening Hearts: Discerning Call in Community, and Grounded in God: Listening Hearts Discernment for Group Deliberations, and Listening Hearts: Manual for Discussion Leaders.
Taylor holds a Law degree from the University of Virginia where he wrote for the Law Review. He received his bachelor's degree from UVA as well. He has served as an Assistant United States Attorney and currently has an active estate administration and estate planning practice at Royston, Mueller, McLean and Reid in Towson, Maryland.
A native of Baltimore, Taylor enjoys spending time with his three children and seven grandchildren. His interests center around The Church of the Redeemer in Baltimore, tennis, bird watching, camping and other natural history pursuits.
